I've known Mike for many years but many might not realise that he released this book - "MUSO"

It gives a great insight in to the world of the musician.

Bio:

Among the WA music fraternity Mike Nelson is well-known as a superb jazz pianist, composer, arranger, singer and educator. Adding further to his skills, in his mid-fifties he also took a new career path gaining a diploma in mechanical engineering - and Mike now builds high frequency communications equipment.

If that was not enough he has produced a novel called - MUSO - under his more formal title of Michael Nelson. As with all his endeavours Mike has shown meticulous application and thorough research in locations, geography, period and dialogue.

Blockbuster soon to close more stores in the US

Following on from the closures in the UK recently there's more disturbing news from Blockbuster in the USA.

Blockbuster LLC is shuttering 300 stores, or about 35% of its locations in the United States, in the coming weeks due to expiring leases and underperformance, a Dish Network representative confirmed Jan. 21 toHome Media Magazine.

Dish, which acquired Blockbuster out of bankruptcy in April 2011, operated about 850 stores domestically at the end of the third quarter. It announced the closure of 500 stores in February 2012, leaving the company with about 1,000 locations at the time.

2012 Ends with a bang at ProCopy

As you may have seen our next door neighbours Pedders Suspension in Morley had a fire on Xmas Eve. which caused quite a bit of disruption in the area and took out our power for 4 days.

We're happy to say things are now back to normal after our power was reconnected once the building was accessible. Now we're just sorting out a growing list of damaged equipment around the building.

We wish Bob and Brett from Pedders Morley all the best while they get their business back up and running (They're operating out of Osborne Park in the meantime so please support them at this stressful time if you need any vehicle suspension or steering work done).
