We can now supply a variety of products with plantation pulp and recycled paper material whenever you require eco friendly cd or dvd printing. However bear in mind that the various combinations of recycled components and plantation paper products that you can choose from will vary the colours and affect the end result. Digipack style packaging requires some additional thought about how the finished article will be presented and it’s best to discuss the specific artwork requirements for digi-packs with us. To ensure longevity of the print surface we often recommend a matt or gloss laminate (like a lacquer coating over the finished artwork) This will help prevent undue wear, scuff marks or fingerprints. You can see the typical configurations of CD and DVD digipacks in our cardsleeve picture gallery here.
Finally if you are incorporating a barcode in to your booklet artwork then there are minimum size requirements and a limited range of colours that you can use, we can advise you when we issue your barcode number for your CD or DVD project.
