At ProCopy we endeavour to improve our products all the time and for some time with our replicated disc products (500 discs and above) we have supplied printed product with eco friendly paper, plantation card and vegetable based dyes for inks. All our cardsleeves and Digipack product use these eco friendly inks as standard now. In some instances it is now possible to manufacture shorter runs of recycled cardsleeves for clients where they have a need for them to accompany a smaller duplicated run of discs (typically 100-300)
We can now supply a variety of products with plantation pulp and recycled paper material whenever you require. There are various combinations for the percentage of recycled components and plantation paper products to choose from and will vary the price from product to product.
There are also many recycled paper styles to choose from and we can show you a selection of packaging types at our office with different finishes and textures. We also now provide recycled paper stock for the printed booklets, trayliners and box inserts of our in-house duplicated CD Rom, CD Audio and DVD products. There may be a small additional cost if the recycled paper option is requested for a small run project.
Generally requests for “Eco Friendly” or special paper stock don’t take much extra time to produce and make difference in the presentation of your next CD or DVD project. Digipack style packaging including CD and DVD Digipacks (sometimes called CD or DVd EasyPacks) are different than standard CD jewel cases or slimline CD boxes and make a fantastic alternative to the traditional plastic box that has been around since CD audio was launched in 1983. There are many advantages now, especially as they can be combined with the recycled or “green friendly” printed components. Digipacks are basically a cardleeve product with a plastic tray attached to the card to hold the CD or DVD. Various pack sizes and disc combinations can be accommodated with cardsleeves and digi-packs.

Eco Cardsleeves are also suitable for business CD Rom or Catalogue presentations, language courses, educational software programmes or self help product and other types of product where different styles of retail presentation are needed.
