Placing an order

- Ready to place the order? Let us know and you will be sent an official invoice
- Procopy accepts direct transfer of funds from bank accounts, credit cards (surcharge applies) and (for selected items) Paypal. Payments in US dollars or £GB will attract a currency conversion charge
- Procopy can only extend credit terms to established business clients by prior arrangement. To open an account, please contact us
What to submit
- The signed invoice (your authorisation for Procopy to undertake the work)
- For first time customers, a signed copy of Procopy's Terms and Conditions
- An IPR(Intellectual Property Rights) clearance for orders subject to copyright
- At least 2 copies of masters
- Artwork can be submitted on a CD/DVD, via email or FTP (charges may apply)
- All orders must be paid for prior to production
- Acceptable forms of Master disc: CD-R, DVD-R and DLT
- For any type of copy protection, a DLT master must be submitted
- Only send us masters that are reviewed and approved by YOU. Once you signed off the master, Procopy is not responsible for any errors that you missed.
- DO NOT send us your only master!
- Send us 2 copies of the master
- Artwork must comply with our requirements (see guidelines)
- Graphic files can be emailed (subject to file size limits) uploaded by FTP (at extra cost) or a mailed CD or DVD. Please contact us for FTP information.
- Please check your supplied artwork very carefully before submission. Any changes needed after proofs are generated will delay production time and add to costs
- A digital proof will be sent to you for approval
- Printing will start upon your approval
- You can submit new art after viewing the digital proof. The first revision proof will be free (save for courier costs if required), afterwards it is $30 per new proof.
- Check discs are recommended for replicated DVD jobs. They are made from stampers based on the DVD-R or DLT masters. These are charged at airbag cost only, but will add 7-10 days to the production cycle
- After payment is received there may be extra costs for overruns +/-10%
- Shipping/courier costs ex Procopy, Perth apply except for specials with free shipping
- Turnaround time quoted does not include shipping ex Procopy Perth
- Special shipping requests need to be arranged in advance
- Estimated project finish date is subject to change due to receipt of payment, master material and approval of artwork
