Stellas Kitchen is an original rock band from Perth WA formed in August 2007. The bands line up consists of four brothers – Daniel, Domenic, Carlo and Jonathan Romeo, and is named after that family heritage. - Supporting Dave Evans on 1st August and Choirboys on 12th September 2009.

- Debut EP Launch for 'Fundamentals' attracted 400+ at Amplifier Bar Perth July 2009.

- Performed over 100 shows including live TV Telethon 2009, major supports, Charity events, motor shows, WAMi events, Pubs, Clubs and showcase releases for National & International Compilation CD's.

- 2009 releases include debut EP at Amplifier Bar, HD Video Clip for ‘Baby’ and 'Talking To' on the ‘2009 Grow Your Own Upload vol3’ National Compilation CD by Foghorn Records.

Our  band is dedicated to performing Original and Traditional Country music. Billy Higginson is a very talented song writer who has a great collection of Original music.

 '2 Minds' is a single written by Billy, performed by Billy and Vicki Lee .

The single is currently being aired on radio stations throughout Australia and is drawing an overwhelming response.

Billy has finally completed his original album titled Outback Dreams, a wonderful compilation of original works all written by Billy.

Billy is currently back in the recording studio working on his second album which will be released late in the year.

The band  was actually formed in 2007. By Vicki Lee and Gary Watson it was previously called Southbound, unfortunately the name had to be changed and after much deliberation the name 'Outback' was finally chosen.  The band members wanted a name to represent both country and have that 'Aussie' touch!
