Mar 12, 2014 at 12:37PM Neil Young has now premiered his PONO audio device.
Many in the industry have been looking for a viable alternative to the low quality mp3 format and players that for years have been the source of poor quality audio.
It's always surprised us that bands will spend thousands on producing music tracks in a studio and then be happy to actively promote their material as a low quality MP3 audio file.
The PONO audio device will hold 500-1000 tracks depending on the audio format used.
